Deryle Bourgeois is a licensed title insurance agent and notary public in the state of Louisiana and has closed more than 20,000 sales in and around the New Orleans area over the past 30 years. Course Description
This course will provide the student with an understanding of the newClosing Disclosure Form, its origin and details of its use.
Course Objectives
As a result of this instruction, studentswill be able to:
- Understand why the Closing Disclosure Form(CDF) exists
- Explain the benefits to buyers
- Prepare themselves for the changes in closing process
- Review the components of a CDF
